For the Inspira Gift Cards there is a 28 day full refund policy, if a customer is unhappy with their purchase or can?t redeem their card within the 18 month validity, Best Resorts LTD will refund the full purchase price of the card if within 28 days of purchase.

1) The purpose of this site is to allow registered users, who have created an account with Inspira to book from an available listing of properties herein at a discount listed on the Inspira Card. The maximum discount is limited to the highest value of ONE Inspira Card. Reservations are for the period and in the resort listed on the site. The use of the site is strictly for personal purposes. Reservations can be made for friends and family.

1) All Inspira offers require payment to secure these accommodations. These amounts will be noted directly in the product offering. Payments shall be collected prior to confirming a reservation.

2) Certain resorts may require additional fees or deposit upon check in. These fees shall be outlined in the reservation confirmation and shall be paid directly to the resort.

1) Once a certificate has been redeemed on the Inspira Card site, the Guest will have up to 48 hours prior to the arrival date of the unit, to make any alterations or amendments to the Check-in Name or to any of the other booking information. All name changes can only be made on the site.

2) If a Guest is unable to, or is not planning to occupy the unit on the actual arrival date of the confirmed reservation, they must notify Inspira through email at info@inspiracard.com by that date or risk the cancellation of the entire stay.

In no event shall Inspira or its licensors or suppliers be liable for lost profits or any special, incidental or consequential damages (however arising, including negligence) arising out of or in connection with (i) these terms of use, (ii) any use of the site or the content found herein, (iii) any failure or delay (including but not limited to the use of or inability to use any component of this site for reservations), or (iv) the performance or non-performance by Inspira or any third party distributors, even if such party has been advised of the possibility of damages to such parties or any other party. Some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusions shall only apply to the extent permissible under applicable law. Inspira assumes no responsibility, and shall not be liable for, any damages to, or viruses that may infect your computer equipment or other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing in this site or your downloading of any content, materials, data, text, images, video or audio from the site. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, inspira's aggregate liability, and the aggregate liability of its licensors and suppliers, to you or any third party in any circumstance is limited to $100.
